Terms and Conditions EMEA

Abridged general terms of sale:

2.1 All prices referred to exclude taxes, other government levies and casts.
2.2 All deliveries to destinations outside the Netherlands shall be made ex warehouse.
2.3 Payment: within fourteen days of invoice date, without discount and without the purchaser recourse to compensation.
2.4 Should the term of payment be exceeded, the other party shall be legally in default without any notice of default being required. In this case, Koopman shall be entitled, among other things, to charge interest on arrears at a rate of 1,5% per month. All collection charges shall be borne by the other party.
5.1 Small discrepancies in the quantities ordered or in pattern, colour and design shall be permitted.
5.3 5% of the risk of delivery of earthenware, glass, porcelain and inflatable articles shall be borne by the purchaser itself.
6.1 The goods sold and delivered shall remain Koopman’s sole property until full payment of all invoices (including for goods previously supplied), due casts and damages has been effected.
